THINGS TO NOTE

East View Farm is surrounded by working crop and livestock farms. While we love the sounds of country life, some visitors are surprised by all the "noise"! Cows and steers, goats, sheep and donkeys, lots of birds, sometimes coyote, fox and livestock guard dogs - particularly on clear evenings or during full moons! Plus, the old saying is true: farmers do "make hay while the sun shines," but they also have to make it when the weather is dry, and that can mean they are occasionally haying or harvesting on Sundays or at night, in order to get it while the weather is favorable.

We and most of our guests enjoy the sounds of country life, particularly the church bells.
